This is the fifth time in a row SPOR&DIC organises the Swedish National Day Run, thanks to Hares Titan Dick and Laid Bird.

For those who can't make it to the SPOR&DIC or want to do a double there will also be a Underground run at 6.30 p.m. Starting place will be announced by the Hares, but will probably be the Londoner pub.
