Runners: A to B run, starting from Hägernäs Station. The trail will be easy surface on paths or small roads, in beautiful nature (mostly in forests). Walkers: Hägernäs, same B, nice, nature non-cars walking paths. A different much shorter trail than for the runners. On-Home: Casa Karnfält at Ellagård
